I want to put out a general warning. Be careful at any book putting out an off-number Super Bowl line. Let me give an example:


Let's say that these are the Pinnaclesports.com numbers:

Saints -6.5 -107
Jets +6.5 -101

Now, let's assume book flybynightsports.com has this line

Saints -7.5 -115
Jets +7.5 -105

flybynightsports.com is going to take significant action on the Jets and very little action on the Saints. If the Saints were to cover the 7.5 (about 44% of the time given Pinnacle's numbers), then flybynightsports.com would win huge on the Super Bowl

If the Jets were to cover the 7.5 flybynightsports.com would suddenly become insolvent.... More...

Women's QF's:

Maria Sharapova -120 for 1 unit WSEX.

I must confess a little trepidation on this play as Sharapova is still not 100% healthy but so much of women's tennis comes down to who has the bigger balls on the tight points. There is a reason Martina Navratilova won so many grand slams. At -120 the price is simply too good to take in what the stats (for the tournament) would say is a fairly close matchup.

Men's QF's:

Fernando Gonzalez +150 for 1 unit WSEX.
